Refund and Returns Policy (Effective Date: February 25, 2025)

At Ratinarinie, we prioritize customer confidence and satisfaction when purchasing a luxury timepiece. We offer a fair and transparent return and refund policy to ensure peace of mind.

Return Eligibility

• Customers can return their watch within 10 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
• The watch must be unworn, in brand-new condition, with all original packaging, paperwork, and accessories.
• Any watch that has been resized, scratched, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.
• Special-order and limited-edition watches are final sale and are not eligible for return unless defective.

Refund Guidelines

• Once the return is approved, refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days.
• A restocking fee of 3-7% may apply, depending on the watch’s condition.
• Original shipping fees and transaction charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges and Store Credit

• Customers may exchange their purchase for another luxury timepiece within 10 days.
• If the exchanged watch is of higher value, the customer is required to pay the price difference.
• Store credit for future purchases is available and remains valid for one year.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

• If a watch arrives defective or incorrect, customers must contact us within 24 hours to initiate a return.
• We will arrange a free return and replacement or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
