Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

2. Shipping Destinations We currently offer shipping to the United States and select international locations. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on the destination, weight, and size of the items ordered. We are working to expand our international shipping options to serve more customers in the near future.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost calculated at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free for all orders over $100 within the contiguous United States. For orders below $100, a flat rate shipping fee of $7.99 will apply.

  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available for an additional $15.99. This option is recommended if you need your order delivered quickly.

  • Priority Shipping (1-2 business days): Available for an additional $25.99. For urgent deliveries, we provide priority shipping to ensure that your order arrives as soon as possible.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

4. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order.
