1. Pricing & Payments
- All product prices are displayed in USD ($) and reflect the latest market trends.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, wire transfers, and approved financing options.
- Sales tax and applicable duties for international shipments are the customer’s responsibility.
- Payment must be received in full before the order is processed.
2. Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days, depending on availability.
- Once an order is placed, customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
- If an item is out of stock, customers will be notified and given the option to wait, select an alternative, or receive a refund.
3. Promotions & Exclusive Offers
- Promotional discounts apply to selected watches and are available for a limited time.
- Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
- Once a promotional period ends, prices return to their original retail value.
4. Special Orders & Pre-Sales
- Special-order watches (customized or rare editions) require a 50% non-refundable deposit to initiate the purchase.
- Delivery timelines for special orders vary depending on brand availability and production schedules.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
- After 12 hours, cancellations may be subject to a 5-10% processing fee.
- Pre-orders and customized watches cannot be canceled once production has begun.
