1. Pricing & Payments

  • All product prices are displayed in USD ($) and reflect the latest market trends.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, wire transfers, and approved financing options.
  • Sales tax and applicable duties for international shipments are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Payment must be received in full before the order is processed.

2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days, depending on availability.
  • Once an order is placed, customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
  • If an item is out of stock, customers will be notified and given the option to wait, select an alternative, or receive a refund.

3. Promotions & Exclusive Offers

  • Promotional discounts apply to selected watches and are available for a limited time.
  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
  • Once a promotional period ends, prices return to their original retail value.

4. Special Orders & Pre-Sales

  • Special-order watches (customized or rare editions) require a 50% non-refundable deposit to initiate the purchase.
  • Delivery timelines for special orders vary depending on brand availability and production schedules.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • After 12 hours, cancellations may be subject to a 5-10% processing fee.
  • Pre-orders and customized watches cannot be canceled once production has begun.
