  • We partner with UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express for both domestic and international deliveries.
  • Orders are shipped with full insurance coverage to guarantee peace of mind for customers.
  • For security purposes, all shipments require a direct signature upon delivery.

2. Processing & Estimated Delivery

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is received.
  • Domestic shipping: Standard shipping takes 3-6 business days, while express shipping takes 1-2 business days.
  • International shipping: Delivery typically ranges from 6-12 business days, depending on customs processing.

3. Shipping Fees & International Duties

  • Standard shipping within the U.S. is free for all watch purchases.
  • Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, and import fees as per their country’s regulations.

4. Tracking & Order Updates

  • Once an order is shipped, customers will receive an email with tracking information.
  • Tracking updates can be accessed through the carrier’s website.

5. Handling Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If a package is lost or damaged in transit, customers must report it within 48 hours of expected delivery.
  • We will initiate an insurance claim and work towards a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
